App Builder 2023.42 downloading2/28/2024 ![]() ![]() ![]() I've never used the Graph API to pull large amounts of records into an app so cannot comment on why you are only seeing 200 records - my guess is that the API hits some limit and only returns that amount of data? Any advice on how to resolve these issues would be greatly assuming you need to use the Search() function in your app, hence why you are getting the delegation issue? If you don't need the Search() function then you should be able to do what you need with a gallery and some dropdowns/textinput fields? Search(Table(_Results.value), SearchInput.Text, "field_2")īut it doesn't recognize "field_2" as a column, even if I specify it as "_2". I want to be able to search for specific records based on a TextInput. Additionally, I'm encountering a problem when trying to perform a search using the table. However, it only returns 200 records instead of the 4800 I expected. With this setup, I can display the SharePoint list in the gallery. In my gallery, I used "Table(_Results.value)" in the Items property, and in my labels, I used "" and "_2". Set(_Results, Office365Groups.HttpRequest(". Based on video "Supercharge Your Power Apps with Direct Graph API" (Power Platform Community - Microsoft), I was able to load a portion of my list using this formula: I encountered delegation problems because my list has approximately 4800 records. Hi, I'm trying to retrieve all my SharePoint list items and display them inside a gallery in PowerApps. ![]()
